Open-Air Cinema Returns to Vilamoura for Unforgettable Summer Evenings
Few experiences capture the essence of summer quite like watching a film under the stars. From July to September, Vilamoura once again welcomes its Open-Air Cinema Sessions, inviting residents, visitors and families to enjoy a carefully curated programme in one of the destination’s most iconic settings: Cerro da Vila
Starting at 9:30 PM, each screening offers a relaxed and memorable atmosphere where heritage meets entertainment. This year’s programme brings together a selection of beloved films: musicals, adventures, family favourites and timeless classics, ensuring there’s something for audiences of all ages.
Over the course of ten weeks, guests can enjoy celebrated titles such as The Greatest Showman, Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, Gladiator, Finding Nemo, Mrs. Doubtfire and Mamma Mia, alongside other audience favourites that promise to make every evening a memorable one.
More than simply a cinema experience, these open-air screenings celebrate the outdoor lifestyle that defines Vilamoura, creating moments to gather with family and friends in a unique setting where culture, leisure and summer come together.
