The 24th edition of the MamaMaratona will take place on 20th October, between Quarteira and Vilamoura, and aims to promote a healthy lifestyle through physical exercise, as well as raising awareness of cancer prevention, particularly breast cancer.
The event also aims to raise funds for the fight against cancer and support for cancer patients and their families.
