Ensure, across the various HR topics, alignment between the defined strategies and their implementation/execution, acting as an intermediary between all parties.

– Take part in the review of HR Policies and Procedures, as well as in the definition/improvement of HR management practices and systems.
– Manage the recruitment and selection process, from identifying needs to the integration of new professionals, ensuring the quality and suitability of the recruited profiles.
– Promote the onboarding of new professionals into the Organisation and monitor the contractual management of employees in all its dimensions.
– Define, in close collaboration with the business areas, training and development needs, ensuring their implementation and, when necessary, their delivery.
– Participate in the annual Performance Appraisal and salary review process, supporting all stages of the process, ensuring compliance with the planned timelines, and providing support to the various parties involved.
– Be present within the relevant business areas, supporting middle management in all matters related to People Management.
Candidate Profile
– Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or another field relevant to the role.
– Fluency in spoken and written English.
– 2 to 4 years’ experience in similar roles or generalist Human Resources positions.
– Good knowledge and practical use of Office tools, particularly Excel.
– Strong interpersonal skills.
– High sense of responsibility and proactivity.
– Ability to carry out and complete tasks independently.
– Strong organisational and planning skills.
